သီတဂူဆရာတော်ကြီးသည် ၁၀-၁၂-၂၀၁၃ ရက်နေ့က အာရပ်ဗ်စော်ဘွားနိုင်ငံများမှ တစ်ခုအပါ၀င်ဖြစ်သော ကာတာနိုင်တွင် ကျင်းပပြုလုပ်သည့် “World Innovation Summit for Health in Qatar” သို့ တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။ ထိုပွဲသို့ အမျိုးသားဒီမိုကရေစီအဖွဲ့ချုပ် ဥက္ကဋ္ဌ ဒေါ်အောင်ဆန်းစုကြည်လည်း တက်ရောက်ခဲ့သည်။
