သီတဂူကမ္ဘာ့ဗုဒ္ဓတက္ကသိုလ်က အိမ်ရှင်အဖြစ် လက်ခံလျှက် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံ၊ ဝါရှင်တန်မြို့ရှိ Institute of Globle Engagement (IGE)နှင့် Sitagu International Buddhist Academy (SIBA) တို့ပူပေါင်းပြီး ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ ညီညွတ်ရေးနှင့် အတူ လက်တွဲနေထိုင်ရေး ဆိုင်ရာ ကမ္ဘာ့ဘာသာရေး ပေါင်းစုံ တွေ့ဆုံ နှီးနှော ဖလှယ်ပွဲကြီးကို အောက်တိုဘာ (၁) (၂)ရက်နေ့များတွင် ကျင်းပလျှက်ရှိသည်။

နိုင်ဖိတ်ကြားထားသော နိုင်ငံအသီးသီးမှ သံအမတ်များ၊ အထူးဧည့်သည်တော်များ၊ ကိုယ်စားလှယ်တော်များ၊ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံမှ အစိုးရ၀န်ကြီးများ၊ ပါမောက္ခများနှင့် လေ့လာလိုသူများ ၂၀၀ကျော် တက်ရောက်ကြသည်။

၂ရက်တိုင်တိုင် ဆွေးနွေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ပြီး နောက်ဆုံးရက် အခမ်းအနားပိတ်ပွဲ၌ သဘောတူ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်များ ချမှတ်ကြသည်။

Joint Statment

The interfaith Academic Conference for Security, Peace and Coexistence was held at Sitagu International Buddhist Academy, Yangon in joint partnership with the Institute for Global Engagement on 1-2 October 2013. The conference further deepened interfaith understanding among religious leaders of multi- religious and multi-ethnic societies. It was attended by (226) participants including government officials, academics, and religious leaders from different parts of the world and over 200 observers attended. The conference addressed common challenges on security and peace at the regional and global levels.
